The Nursery will be closed on Monday 30th August. We will re-open as usual on Tuesday 31st August. We hope you have a lovely bank holiday.

Mobile and Other Recording Devices

To ensure the safety and welfare of children in our care we operate a personal mobile phone usage policy which stipulates that personal mobile phones cannot be used by parents, visitors or staff when in the presence of children, on the premises, including the garden areas. All staff mobile phones are placed on silent or switched off and are kept in their lockers. Staff can only use their mobiles within the restricted (staffroom) area. As a reminder ‘Phone Prohibited’ signs are displayed at the entrance of both nursery and the bungalow. Signs are also on display outside the children's rooms. Our main priority is the safety of your child and we thank you for your co-operation in this matter.

MOST IMPORTANT-PLEASE DO NOT COME TO NURSERY IF ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY IS DISPLAYING SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19. THESE SYMPTOMS ALSO INCLUDE A COLD, RUNNY NOSE AND DIARRHOEA. PLEASE INFORM NURSERY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT DELAY. NO SIBLINGS ALLOWED INTO THE PREMISES IF THEY DO NOT ATTEND ROTHLEY PARK KINDERGARTEN DUE TO COVID-19.

School Leavers

We would like to wish all our school leavers the very best of luck in September when they begin their next journey into school. We will miss you but please promise to come back and visit. Also, do not forget, we offer full and part time sessions as and when required, on availability, for all children who are leaving the nursery and are under the age of 5 years of age. This applies throughout the year and during school holidays. We would be grateful if parents could provide us with their child’s actual leaving date (4 weeks written notice required), this will enable us to inform dates to all new starters joining us. Free Early Years Education Entitlement (FEEE)

FEEE is available to all children the term following their third birthday, for a minimum of 38 weeks per year. This is claimed by the setting and throughout term time only. Each term can vary between 11 weeks and 15 weeks. The deduction will be shown on your invoice each month. Please do not hesitate to see us if you have any queries regarding your child’s funding.
All new parents will be invited to discuss the funding system with the Manager before their eligibility claim date.
