Free Early Years Education Entitlement (FEEE)

FEEE is available to all children the term following their third birthday, for a minimum of 38 weeks per year. This is claimed by the setting and throughout term time only. Each term can vary between 11 weeks and 15 weeks. The deduction will be shown on your invoice each month. Please do not hesitate to see us if you have any queries regarding your child’s funding.
All new parents will be invited to discuss the funding system with the Manager before their eligibility claim date.

Travel Arrangements During COVID 19

All parents are advised to inform nursery of any holiday destinations abroad. On return to the UK you will be required to take a PCR test before returning to nursery. Normal nursery charges will continue to apply during this time.

Funding Periods 2022

January – 4 weeks; February – 4 weeks; March – 4 weeks

April – 3 weeks; May- 3 weeks; June - 3 weeks; July – 2 weeks

September - 4 weeks; October – 4 weeks; November – 4 weeks; December – 3 weeks

Collection of Children

Could we please remind you that we do need to be informed if anyone different is collecting your child. A form is available in the office and will need to be completed, giving all descriptions and contact details of the designated person collecting on that day.

Nursery Sessions:
Full Day 8.00am – 6.00pm
Morning 8.00am – 1.00pm
Afternoon 1.00pm – 6.00pm.

Please avoid arriving before your appointed session time. Also, if you are running late please make sure you inform the office so that necessary arrangements can be made.

Car Parking

Can we please ask that parents be more vigilant when parking in the nursery grounds as children, parents and staff are arriving and vacating the buildings at all times.
Can you please ensure that you park your cars safely within the three parking areas. If there are no spaces directly in front of the nursery or bungalow then please use the main car park. Rothley Park Kindergarten cannot take any responsibility for accidents that may occur whilst outside the main buildings. Our main priority is the safety of your children and we thank you for your co-operation.

Dates For Your Diary

The nursery will be closing early on Friday 24th December at 2.00pm and will re-open on Tuesday 4th January 2021 at 8.00am.

Children in Need

Thank you to all parents, children, and staff for helping us raise a total of £101.05 for a great cause. Also, a big thank you to all those who dressed up and helped us raise money.

Children's Parties

Due to continuous safety guidance relating to COVID-19, children’s parties will not be taking place as normal, however, throughout the last week before Christmas small tea parties will be held in your own child’s room.
