Children's Photographs
Sonara Studios will be coming to Rothley Park Kindergarten on Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th October. The photographers will be here from 10.30am until 4pm both days. Please feel free to bring a change of outfit into nursery for the photos for your child. If your child does not attend on these days, you are welcome to bring them in between the times specified but there may be a short wait.

Holidays
Please could you inform reception of any holiday dates, this would be very much appreciated.
MOST IMPORTANT - PLEASE DO NOT COME TO NURSERY IF ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY IS DISPLAYING SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19. THESE SYMPTOMS ALSO INCLUDE A COLD, RUNNY NOSE AND DIARRHOEA. PLEASE INFORM NURSERY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT DELAY.

Free Early Education Entitlement
FEEE is available to all children the term following their third birthday, for a minimum of 38 weeks per year. This is claimed by the setting and throughout term time only. Each term can vary between 11 weeks and 15 weeks. The deduction will be shown on your invoice each month. Please do not hesitate to see us if you have any queries regarding your child’s funding. Please provide your Child’s Birth Certificate to validate your Claim.
All new parents will be invited to discuss the funding system with the Manager before their eligibility claim date.

SPRING PERIOD ENTITLEMENT 2023 – 12 WEEKS IN TOTAL
January – 4 weeks February – 4 weeks March – 4weeks
SUMMER PERIOD ENTITLEMENT 2023 – 11 WEEKS IN TOTAL
April – 3 weeks May- 3 weeks June - 3 weeks July – 2 weeks
AUTUMN PERIOD ENTITLEMENT 2023 -15 WEEKS IN TOTAL
September - 4 weeks October – 4 weeks November – 4 weeks December – 3 weeks
